Here’s a video I put together from images online to accompany a recording of Krishnamurti at Brockwood in 1969. Of course it’s an unofficial video, not part of my work to preserve the archive authentic works. But I wanted to experiment with a new format, and use audio that probably hasn’t been heard as often as the public talks.
Thank you for posting this. It is very interesting. Is it from a discussion with students and staff? I would like to hear more of this.
One further point. I personally found the images very distracting, and listened to the discussion the first time with my eyes closed. Having now watched the whole thing with the images, I feel very wary about the use of such imagery to illustrate Krishnamurti talks or discussions in this way. It seems to me that it is a subtle form of interpretation, in that the images are giving the words a slant based on the compiler’s idea of their meaning. I feel it would be better to leave Krishnamurti audio files as just that, without any visual embellishment, to avoid the risk of distortion.
Of course, you are right. Entirely based on image, interpretation, prejudice, opinion. I wanted to try something different and illustrate the reactions of my own mind as I listen. I suggest JKO if you are after the unadulterated audio/video/text.
