One of our twenty new hens (230/365)

I’m so happy to have chickens back in the garden. I love to watch them scratch about for food and the delightful purring they make. There are many different colours: Black, grey, white, brown and red. They arrived yesterday, so in a day or two we can expect our first eggs. Fed on fresh kitchen waste and roaming free in the orchard, the eggs should taste just great!

Levis were originally made from hemp for gold prospectors. The rivets enabled more ore-carrying capability. #fb [#]
